How can I pay for my case? When your order has been booked in, we will send you an invoice. You will need to pay up front by credit card for the cases to be released by the warehouse. We will issue the invoice in the currency of the pick up location. However, we can also provide an estimate in another currency (based on the currency conversion of the date of the invoice) if required. How many cases can I order at any time? Currently you can order online up to 5 x Lite cases and up to 2 x Original cases at a time, from one location. If you wish to order more cases, please email us directly at orders@rok-boxloop.com. Can I order a case to my address? If you wish to have the case delivered to your location, please fill in the order form and in the order summary click “Yes” to the question, “Would you like a quote for a pick up and delivery of your crates?” We will forward your request to our local shipper who will get in touch with you to obtain the relevant details. This may take longer than 24 hours to generate a response. If it is urgent, please email us direct at orders@rok-boxloop.com, and we will aim to reply back within 24 hours. I want to cancel my rental, how do I do it? If you would like to cancel your order, please email us on orders@rok-boxloop.com, with your order number and we will cancel the order. Please note, the amount refunded will be issued according to the following: Seven days notice, we will refund the total amount minus 10% admin fee Less than seven days notice, 50% will be refunded Less than 24 hours, no refund is applicable How do I attach the artwork into the case? Feel free to ask the trained warehouse staff at the collection address. Alternatively, use the QR code on the front of the case to download the product guidelines here. What happens if a case gets damaged during transit? Please let us know of any damage during transit as soon as you become aware of it, via email on orders@rok-boxloop.com. There will be additional charges added to your account if significant damage is caused to the case, or items of hardware go missing at return. We will email with photos and details if any charge is liable. Why can’t I pick up a case tomorrow? We need to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to the warehouse to get your order ready. Can I drop off the case early? Yes, you can. But please make sure to give us 24 hours notice. Please email us at orders@rok-boxloop.com to inform us of an earlier drop-off time. Why do the prices vary by pick up location? Each city has a different local cost for warehousing which has been factored into the rental cost for each case. Do you have a refund policy for early return? If you would like to return your case early we can add a credit on to your account. Please contact us on orders@rok-boxloop.com and we can let you know whether a credit is available. What is the minimum rental period? ROKBOX LOOP offers one week, one month and three-month plans.
